36. Hook and Hoarder: Special Ricktims Unit of measurement (flavour iv, episode four)
A rare miss for Rick and Morty came as Game Of Thrones' Liam Cunningham lends his vocalization to a dragon. It had potential, simply there were also many sex jokes and none of them really landed. The characters aren't given much personality beyond a one-annotation joke, despite the evidence normally excelling with this. We're even so waiting for someone to explain why Elon Musk's cameo was funny or fifty-fifty necessary.
31. Pilot (season 1, episode 1)
A lot of fans are going to have a cornball honey for the pilot, but like most shows, the first episode is just a sense of taste of things to come. The typical crass and surreal humor is notwithstanding in that location, but it doesn't have the same rhythm. Still a good jumping on point, but Rick and Morty has gotten exponentially better and more than ambitious since, of form.

24. Ricksy Business (flavor 1, episode xi)
The beginning flavor finale introduces a plethora of shortlyhoped-for-fan-favorite characters (Birdperson, Squanchy Cat). It also closes off Season One well and sets up flavor 2 efficiently. Information technology's only a bit too busy, and it's dragged down a fiddling by Beth and Jerry's wayward Titanic B-plot.
23. Await Who's Purging At present (season 2, episode 9)
Like Rickmancing The Stone, this one really commits to its parody, taking on The Purge this time. An important episode in the evolution of Morty'due south character, its only real downfall is that it'due south a little too self-aware with the references it throws out. The action is beautifully animated, though.
22. The Old Human being and the Seat (Season 4, Episode ii)
This Rick-centric episode explores the thought that Rick is lonely, he's desperate for command, he pushes people away and he's not as heartless equally he makes out. In the episode 'Pickle Rick', Rick turns himself into a pickle. Other stuff happens too, just do whatsoever of us really care? It has some solid action sequences and ends on a powerful Susan Sarandon monologue, only the pickle is why fans either love or detest this one.
10. The Wedding Squanchers (season 2, episode 10)
Hands the squanchiest episode. This i fills out the stories of Tammy and Birdperson. It'due south an impressive chip of world-edifice and it's frequently hilarious. The penultimate episode of season one gave us the Quango Of Ricks, Evil Morty and virtually importantly, Doofus Rick. It was nice to run into a Rick (any Rick) bonding with Jerry, too. This might be the 'Rick and Morty-est' episode of the lot.
